In a bowl take maida,cornflour,salt,pinchred colour and make a thick paste.

Add chopped egg pieces and coat well.

Heat oil in a kadai and fry the egg pieces, remove and keep aside.

Now in a pan take little oil add chopped garlic saute for seconds, add chopped onion and saute on high flame.

Now add chopped carrot and saute on high flame for seconds, add coloured bell peppers, soyasauce,vinegar,ketchup,salt and cook on high flame.

Now add the remaining mixture of maids, add little water to make a thick gravy.

Add fried eggs and mix well. Add chopped spring onions and saute for seconds.

Take out in a dish garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
