Wash and cut the spinach, then place aside.

Cut the onions then place aside.

Put 1/4 or 1/6 cup of water on a frying pan and add the salt, cooking oil and disintegrated cubes, then bring to a low boil.

Take the spinach and add to the boiled mix, then stir until it's evenly enveloped in the mix. Don't stir for too long.

Add the chopped onions and stir, then cover for about a minute.

Enjoy with ugali, omena and kachumbari.
