  2. 5large sticks of unripe plantain
  3. 1 handfulScent leaf(pick,wash and sliced)
  4. 1Cooking spoon palm oil
  5. cubesKnorr
  6. Onions
  7. Dry pepper
  8. Crayfish
  9. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash ur meat,and add salt,onions and knorr and cook for 20 mins till almost done.

  2. 2

    Peel,wash and cube ur plantain and add to d meat and cook for 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Add ur crayfish,dry pepper,remaining onion,oil and scent leaf and cook for another 10 mins.

  4. 4

    Ur dish is ready.
