Ingredients

  • 1 kgLamb Chops
  • 1 tspchili powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspground green chilli
  • 2 tspfine garlic
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • 1onion sliced into circles
  • 2-3tomatoes sliced into circles
  • oil or butter for cooking

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all the spices,chilli and garlic to the chops.

  2. 2

    Cover the chops with onions and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Cook on low heat until the chops are soft and the onions and tomatoes melt
