Saute the vegan sausages with a little bit of olive oil in a pot.

Using the same pot, add more oil if necessary, start sautéing the garlic.

Add vegetable stock and the sun dried tomato.

Bring pasta to boil and wait until it’s soft. Rinse.

Sauté the broccoli with a bit of oil. Add pesto, give it a bit of a mix, then add in the pasta along with the sausages.

Add in the salt, pepper, and oregano.
