In a mixture jar put all boiled and cut Green veggies.

Grind it and take it out in a bowl.

Take a pan put oil and let it get hot add Bay leaf.

Add cumin, when crackles add Garlic, saute it.

Add onion Brown it now add ginger paste stir it.

Add tomato cook for 2 miniutes.Add powdered spice,cook for 1 minute.

Add grinedd Green Veggies and Cook for 5 minutes.

Add paneer, malai mix it very well.boil it 1 for minute.

Add garam masala,mix it,add salt if required add water gravy should be thick.

Add coriander leaves mix it,add potato finger mix it.

Remove it from the flame.

Now tempering it with hot butter, çumin & red chilli for smoking flavor.

Serve it hot, garnish it with potato finger and paneer cubes.
