Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsabudana aata
  2. 1/4 cupyogurt
  3. 1 cupwater or as required
  4. 1 tbspcumin seed
  5. 1/2 cupVeggies carrot tomato finely chopped
  6. 1 tbspfined chopped Coriander leaves fines
  7. salt as a taste
  8. 2Green chilli fined chopped
  9. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a mixing bowl add sabudana aata and all dry ingredients mix well after add yogurt and water make a smooth paste.

    Heat a nonstick pan and grease with ghee or oil. pour a ladleful of prepared batter and spread gently and cooking on a medium flame.

    Now flip the chilla and cook both sides pressing gently.
    Take all chutney ingredients in a blender and blend smooth paste.

  4. 4

    Sabudana uttapam is ready to serve with green chutney or coconut chutney. You can also eat in fast.
