Steps

Remove the crust from the bread and soak it in cold water.

Peel the garlic and remove the germ.

Add all the ingredients to the blender (start with the harder ingredients and finish with the softer ones for best blending).

Blend everything until you have a very smooth cream. Chill well.
- 5
Serve with grapes, melon, or similar fruit.
