Wash and pressure cook the kabuli chana till 4 whistles

Add ginger garlic paste, salt red chilli powder, lemon juice and red food colour. Mix well

Heat oil in a pan fry the garlic. Remove and keep on kitchen paper tissue

Then at the time of frying chana add corn flour to the chana mix well

Fry the chanas. Remove on a kitchen paper tissue so that excess oil leaves
