Ingredients

  • 1/2raw papaya
  • 1 cupflat beans cubed
  • 1brinjal cubed
  • 2Potatoes sliced
  • 1 tspfive spices
  • 1 tbspcoriander cumin powder
  • 1 tsproasted masala powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli Powder
  • 1bay leaf
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and temper five spices and bay leaf

  2. 2

    Add vegetables and fry adding salt and turmeric powder

  3. 3

    Add ginger and Cumin coriander powder and Keep stirring

  4. 4

    As the veggies get soft add roasted masala powder and sugar mix well and switch off

  5. 5

    Serve it with rice
