Boil water and add salt, ajwain, oil in it.

Then add suji in bolied water on flame and mix it well and there should be no lumps in it.

Then keep it for cooling aside. Dont cool it completely

Heat 1 tbl spoon oil in a frying pan. Add jeera.

Add onion, green chilli, boiled peas and capsicum and add all the masalas and mix it well.

Then add mashed potatoes in it and mix it well. Pour lemon in it.

Keep it aside. Now knead the dough of suji to soften it.

Grease the hands and make kachories by filling the potato masala.

Fry the kachories on low flame till it got golden brown colour.

Serve hot with sauce.
