Steps

Cut the mushrooms from the center.wash & rinse properly.

In a bowl,add curd &.Mix well so that there should be no lumps.left.

Now add mushrooms & mix well.

Add cubed onions & mushrooms with all the ingredients.mix well.

Cover the bowl with lid & keep itaside for 1 hour

After an hour,in a nonstick pan,pour 1 tbsp of oil.

Now slowly slowly add the marinated mushrooms,onions & capsicum in it.

Cook on the low flame till they become little brown from both sides. Take them out in a plate

Take 10-15 toothpicks.Now screw a piece of cooked onion then capsicum then mushroom.As according to ur choice,adjust them in the toothpick.

Serve hot with green chutney & mayonnaise.
