Ingredients

  1. 300 gMince meat
  2. 1large Onion
  3. Garlic and Ginger crushed
  4. Cooking oil
  5. 4Tomatoes
  6. 2Carrots
  7. 1 bunchDhania
  8. Salt and spices of your choice
  9. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    Place the minced Meat in a pan on medium heat. Cover and let it cook while stirring until it turns brown.

    In the same pan add oil and continue stirring. Add your onions, garlic and Ginger and stir until tender.

    Add your tomatoes and fry them till they are soft. You can add salt and spices.

  4. 4

    Add water and let it simmer for about 5minutes. You can the carrots.

  5. 5

    Cover and let it simmer for another 3 minutes on low heat.

  6. 6

    You can add Dhania and serve with Roast Potatoes, Spaghetti or Mukimo.
