1. Peel and cut the yam to desired size. 2. Add to boiling water. 3. Allow to cook for few minutes till tender. 4. Add, Salt, dry pepper, crayfish, shredded dry fish onions, cubes, seasoning and allow to boil properly. 5. Add the palm oil and allow to absorb into the yam. 6. Add the freshly sliced pumpkin leaf, remove. 7. Serve as desired.
