Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup paneer
  • 1 cupchopped onion
  • 1/2chopped tomatoes and beet
  • 1chopped carrot
  • 2cheese slices
  • 5 tsp corn flour
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • As neededButter

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix paneer and all Veggies and cheese slices and add corn flour and salt

    Give the above mixture a tikki shape and toast it in butter on dosa pan.

    Serve hot with ketchup
