Fry plantain until golden brown

Chop onions, sausages,tomatoes and green pepper. Add little oil to a pan, fry sausages for 5minutes then add chopped tomatoes, green pepper and tomatoes and fry for some few minutes.

Add curry and seasoning, cover and allow for a minute. Done! Bon appetite ❤️
