Steps

Take a kadayi add ghee,cumin seeds wait till crackle now add ginger saute for 3 min now add onion aur cook it for 5 min.

Now add tomato and cook it till soft now add small floret of cauliflower,peas and potato add salt and cover it.

Cook it for 10-15 min. Now add turmeric and red chilly powder mix it well.

Now take a dough roll it with the rolling pin.cut into small canape bite and cook it on tawa.

Take a platter plate add chapati top up with coriander chutney and add veggie on the top. Serve.
