Take idly Batter and mix well keep it aside. Consistency should be like idly batter

Step for frying ingredients : Heat pan and add mustard. Let it papaya the add green chillies onion and saute till it gets golden brown colour

Add Curry leaves, mint leaves and coriander leaves and saute for 5 to 6 mins

Add salt and switch off. Leave the fried ingredients to cool down

Steps for cooking Paniyaram

Add the cooked ingredients into batter and mix well

Heat kuzhi Paniyaram pan and add little oil and pour the batter in pan

Cook until the outer layer become think and crispy

Turn upside down and sprinkle oil

Serve with Chutney / Sambar
