Mash boiled potato in a bowl and add salt to taste.

Divide mashed potatoes in 2 parts

Add red chilli garlic chutney in half potion of boiled potatoes and mix well.

Add green coriander chutney in remaining half portion of mashed potatoes and mix well.

Now wash boneless chicken and boil it.

After boiling chicken, make small pieces of it.

Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken. Add salt and all masala. After approx 5 minutes take it out in a bowl.

Now cut all bread slices in round shape. Take 1 slice and spread mashed potatoes red garlic chutney mixture. Similarly spread mashed potatoes green coriander chutney on 2 and slice.

Put fried boneless chicken on bread slices and joint them by pressing with finger.

Now heat butter in a pan and roast bread both side.

Now cut the roasted bread from middle and garnish with sev bhujia.

Bread Chicken Sandwich is ready to serve.
