Steps

Cut and slice your yam in a circular form and boil for 20 minutes. Drain in a sieve and set aside.

Slice your tomatoes, onions and peppers and set aside.

Pour vegetable oil in frying pan and allow to be hot, put onions and stir, put tomatoes,pepper,bay leaf and stir. Then put Maggi and spices and allow to fry for 5 minutes.

Then break the eggs and pour and allow for another 4minutes, stir and off the gas.

Enjoy your egg sauce with round yam
