Wash chicken nicely and marinate with salt and lemon for 15 mins.

Mix all the masalas to the chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours

Add little oil in a pan.

Pierce all chicken pieces into the skewers

And arrange it on the pan and allow it to cook on low flame.

Once soft put the flame on high and burn slightly for the charcoal taste.

Serve with dips or sauce.
