Ingredients

1cucumber, cut into ribbons with a peeler
1little gem lettuce, shredded
140 grambeansprouts

For the dressing
1 tbspfish sauce
1 tsprice wine vinegar
1/2 tspsugar
2red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped

Mix the dressing ingredients together, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Place the salad ingredients in a bowl then pour over the dressing, mixing well to combine.
