Ingredients

  • 3 bowlRice
  • 1 bowlUrad dal
  • Salt to taste
  • oil as needed

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak urad daal and rice for 6 hours

  2. 2

    After this grind together and let it to ferment,when it fully fermented add salt and beat well by hands

  3. 3

    Now heat a tawa,drizzle oil,wipe with wet towel and spread batter,cook from one side eat this with sambhar,coconut chutney.
