Combine the wheat flour, salt and baking powder in a deep bowl

Mix well and knead to a stiff dough with water. Keep aside covered with a samp cotton cloth.

Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions and garlic and saute on a high flame.

Add carrot, corn and cabbage and white sauce and saute for 2 minutes on high flame.

Remove from the flame and add the soya sauce, salt, vinegar, oregano and black pepper and mix well and keep aside.

Now take small portion of dough and make a small round poori.

Place a teaspoon of filling in the centre. Bring edges together to cover the filling. Twist to seal and feel the rest in the same way.

Steam for about 10 minutes and there are 2 ways of serving.

Either it can be served as streamed momos with ketchup or salsa.

They can be fried in hot oil. This will give a different taste and appearance.

Serve hot with hot and sweet momo sauce.
