  2. 1 tbspYeast
  3. 1 tspBaking powder
  4. 1 tbspSugar
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 3 tbspOil
  7. 2Fish
  8. Maggi
  9. Spices
  10. Onion
  11. Attarugu
  12. Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Combined flour,salt baking powder,yeast,sugar and whisk add oil then add warm water to make a dough.

    Whisk till no more sticky in your hand then palace a raping bag and rape until double its size

    Wash fish and perboiled add maggi,onion,salt. After perboiled then mash then in the pot add attarugu that you chopped, add oil

    Continue to fry until no more water inside then your fish roll filling is ready, back to your dough. its double in size.

    Push it down to remove air, now its time to roll

    Pieces it then take one by one to roll.

    Divided it in to 4 and then take one side

    Put your filling and cover using water to glue side and side

    Keep repeated til end of the dough

    Now its time to deep frying
