  • 1frozen banana
  • 6-8fresh strawberries
  • about 1/4 cup milk
  • 3-4 scoopslight vanilla ice cream
  • handfulfresh pineapple chunks
  • big handful of fresh spinach

    Put all ingredients in any order into the blender.

    Blend for about 45 seconds. If using a Nutri Ninja Blender, press the button "Auto IQ Frozen Drinks Smoothies."

  3. 3

    Pour into cups or glasses and enjoy!

I love to bake. I recently purchased a Nutri Ninja Blender and a KitchenAid stand mixer. Trying to balance sweets and healthy smoothies and other concoctions I can make with my blender. :)
