Combine flour and wheat flour together.Sprinkle little salt and 2 tbsp ghee and mix well.Add little warm water and make a soft dough.Cover and set aside.

Soak chana dal for an hour.Pressure cook dal 5 whistles with little ghee,salt and turmeric and little water.When the dal is cooked strain and set aside to cool.Grind the dal to a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add the jaggery and sugar.When they start melting,add the chana dal paste and toss till dry.Sprinkle cardamom powder and toss.Set aside.

Make even sized balls out of the dough.Roll out and place a tablespoon of chana dal mixture.Gather the edges and press at the middle of dough.Roll out the dough into thin puran.

Heat a non stick tawa and fry the puran both sides golden brown.Serve with ghee and aamti.
