Besan sheera
Besan sheera is good for dry cough & cold.
Steps

Heat ghee in a wok. Add dry ginger powder, pipramul & gram flour. Roast it until golden brown.

Add 3 cup water. Add jaggery, black pepper, nutmeg & cardamoms. Stir all continously so that no lumps form.

Bring 2-3 boils. Add chopped dry fruits. Switch off gas. Sheera is ready.

Serve hot.
