  • 10lamb chops
  • Spices
  • 1 tablespoonsteak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoonmeat seasoning
  • 1 tablespoongarlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespooncumin
  • 1/2 tablespoonground coriander
  • 1/2 tablespoonpaprika
  • Marinade
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter
  • 1/2 headgarlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoonfresh rosemary

Steps

  1. 1

    Season the lamb chops with the spices.

    Sear the lamb chops in a hot skillet to get a perfect color.

    Prepare a baking dish and line it with aluminum foil and parchment paper.
