Steps

Peel, cut and wash yam then boil with a little salt until it’s tender

Heat oil then pour onion, tomatoes and pepper into the frying pan and stir frying for 3 mins

Add seasoning cubes, stir and check for salt

Break eggs in plate and beat until its fluffy
- 5
Pour inside the frying pan leave for a while to cake
- 6
Stir and serve with boiled yam
