Preheat oven to 175 degree Celsius

Grease and flour the pans

In a large bowl, mix together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract. Mix for about two minutes on medium speed of mixer

Stir in the boiling water last. Batter will be thin, then pour evenly into the prepared pans

Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven until test done with a toothpick

Cool in the pans for 10 minutes then remove to a wire rack to cool completely
- 8
Decorate with mixed cocoa chocolate and sprinkle the grated coconut on top
