I got tired of the regular fried fish and fish in stew so I decided on an adventure.

Steps

Cut off fish head.

Cut fish open from the belly side. Remove center bone and all bones from fish.

Slice and cut fish in small chunks. Put in a tray and pour yaji, fish spice, and pinch of salt over it.

Mix carefully to allow fish absorb spices. Set aside for 5mins.

In a small bowl, mix flour, corn flour, pinch of salt, sugar and little water. Set aside.

Toss fish chunk into Microwave and steam for 2mins. This is to let the fish have a form and avoid it shredding in bits.

Add chilli sauce to the fish and mix.

Set pan of oil on fire, allow to heat up well. Take each chunk of fish, roll in flour mix and put in hot oil. Allow to fry till golden.

Serve with rice, salad, Spaghetti, Couscous etc.
