First add oil to kadai add the grated cauliflower then all the masala and cook well and keep aside.

Now take a big ball of dough roll it add 2 teaspoon of the stuffing and bring all corners together and roll like paratha. This should be done with light hands. Do not press too much. Cook on hot tawa with mixture of ghee and oil and serve with pickles.
