Steps

Take Maida, turmeric, pinch of salt, two spoon ghee and mix well

Add sufficient water and mix into medium soft dough and keep aside

Roast til, and grind along with cardamom after cooling

Add little water to jaggery and allow it to dissolve

Add the til powder and mix

After it thickens add three spoon ghee and mix. Allow it to cool

Make balls out of the til mixture

Make dumplings of Maida dough

Roll the dumplings, Place til ball, and cover from all sides

Roll it into thin disc

Bake on hot tava by applying oil on both sides

Tasty til poli is ready
