Steps

In a clean bowl, sieve in all the dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl mix all the wet ingredients.

Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients and add in the wet ingredients. Stir till combined.

Cut each sausage into two and insert a skewer. (Skewers are suya sticks but you can use toothpicks rather)
- 5
Dip each sausage in the batter to coat, and fry on a medium low heat.
- 6
Dust with little icing sugar (optionsl)
