Steps

Mix maida, oil and salt in a mixing bowl. Add sufficient water to make a soft dough. Cover and rest for at least 30 minutes.

Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan on low flame. Add Khoya and roast for 10 to 15 minutes or till it becomes golden brown.

Switch off the gas. When Khoya is little warm add powder sugar, cardamom powder and mix well. Keep aside.

Now take a dough and knead it well. Divide the dough and stuffing into the equal parts.

Roll the portion of dough into small circle.

Place the portion of stuffing in the centre of the circle. Bring all edges together in the centre.Remove the extra part.

Slightly press and flattened with the hand. Sprinkle some flour and roll it into the chapati.

Place the chapati on hot tawa.Cook for a while. Then flip the paratha.

Apply some ghee. Flip again and again apply some ghee. Cook on both sides till golden brown spots appear on both sides.

Khavyachi Poli is ready to eat. Serve with ghee.
