Sweet Potato Porridge With Plantain And Lettuce

After peeling off your sweet potatoes dice nicely into cubes. Pour into a clean bowl.

In a clean pot with water, pour in all your preferred spices with a little oil followed by your tomato paste. Place the pot on a cooker or stove, then bring to the pot the nice cubed sweet patatoes.

Cut all the above listed vegetables (onion, garlic, carrots, and green beans) into a small bowl. Keep aside

When the sweet potato is almost done, pour in all the vegetables, close the pot and allow to be completely done.

While it is yet to be done, On a separate bowl place the lettuce and wash with vineger (properly washed). Place the washed lettuce on a chopping board and dice according. Pour back into the bowl and refrigerate.

Check your cooking, if completely done take off. Place oil in a frying pan for frying the Plantain.

Peel off tha Plantain and cut into a bowl to your own taste of size. Apply a pinch of salt to the diced Plantain and fry. Enjoy.
