To prepare adaiya pak recipe in a mixing bowl combine, urad dal atta, milk,ghee mix well

Rub flour with palm for 3-4 mins

Heat the ghee in kadai add flour mixture

Continuously stir it on medium flame till the mixture is brown in colour.

Meanwhile combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Prepare a sugar syrup of 1string consistency and keep ready.

Turn off the flame and add chopped nuts and mix well.

Allow the mixture to cool a bit. When mixture is lukewarm combine it with sugar syrup and mix well.

After add dry Ginger powder and gond.

Give a shape of your choice.
