Soak daal rice whole day. Washed it, remove water.In evening blend this rice, make thick paste

Cover this paste till night for fermantation

In morning add salt. Now in pan give tadka with spices, ginger garlic paste and green peas with curd

Oil the idli stand and pour batter add peas/ mutter stuffings.

On medium flame in idli pot, cook it 10 mins, serve with hot Sambhar or chutney
