This is really easy to cook. Sweet and fresh lemon taste with beautiful colour.
Steps

Cut lemons in half. Squeeze the lemons and get approx 60g of lemon juice.

Scrub the lemon peels and grate 1/4 of the peels.

Beat 2 eggs and then strain.

Put the sugar, melted butter, lemon juice, and lemon peels into the strained eggs and stir well.

Pour the above mixture into a saucepan and cook over low heat.

Stir well and make it into a paste, and done!

Consume within 1-2 days.
