Ingredients

  1. 4Chicken Breast fillets cut into slices
  2. Marinade for Chicken
  3. 4 TbspsHoney
  4. 1/4 cupsoy
  5. 1/4 cupsweet chilli sauce
  6. 4 Tbspsbrown sugar
  7. 1/2 cupwater
  8. 2 1/2 cupcous cous
  9. Bbq vegetables
  10. Zucchini sliced up
  11. 2 cupsmushrooms sliced up
  12. 1red or green pepper sliced up
  13. 1onion sliced up
  14. 1/2mango diced up
  15. 1/2 (1 can)diced pineapple
  16. 2 Tbsplemon juice
  17. 1 tbspgarlic
  18. A fewshakes of soy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut chicken in strips.

  2. 2

    Prepare marinade and place chicken in it and refrigerat for at least 30 mins.

  3. 3

    Slice up the bbq vegetables mix and mango and mix in some lemon juice, garlic and soy sauce.

  4. 4

    Skewer the chicken onto kabab sticks and keep marinade aside for later use.

  5. 5

    Bbq chicken kababs and bbq vegetables and mango mix.

  6. 6

    Prepare 2 cups of cous cous to packet instructions.

  7. 7

    Heat up kabab marinade on stove to bubbling and the keep on low.

  8. 8

    Serve up cous cous and bbq vegetables mix and chicken kabs and drizzle a little marinade over the top.
