Ingredients

  • 5Betal Leaves(pan)
  • 1/4 cupFennel Seed
  • 1/4 cupGrated Coconut
  • 2 tbspSugar
  • 4 tbspGulkand
  • 4-5 DropGreen Colour
  • 2 tbspIce cubes
  • 1 cupVanilla Ice cream
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    In a jar, take betal leaves, coconut, fennel seed, sugar, and grind it.

    Now add gulkand,green colour and ice cube. Again grind it and make paste. This paste can be stored in fridge for 2 months.

    In a jar take 3 tbsp paste, ice cream, and milk.

    Add sugar powder and mix it.
