Steps

First of all cut florets of cauliflower. Keep water for boiling. Add oil drops, pinch of salt and turmeric powder to the boiling water and blanch the florets for 10 mins. Take them out and soak them in a cold water for a while.

Take 1 cup of besan and add salt, black pepper, white pepper, pinch of turmeric powder and ajwain. Add enough water and make a thick batter. Add baking soda and lemon juice and mix well.
