1 cupbesan
1 tspajwain
1 tspcumin seeds
1 tspred chilli powder
To tastesalt
1 tspDry mint leaves
1 pinchturmeric powder
1 tbspOil
Oil to fry

Steps

Take bowl add all ingredients crumbles 2 mints,than add little water &makes a tight fough.

Cover the dough 10 mints.

After 10 mints again mash it&roll the dough on roti shape & cut it with the help of a cookiescutter.

Deep fry the papadi.

Besan papadi is ready.Serve with a cup of tea.
