Ingredients

  • 1 cupgram flour sifted
  • 1/2 tspcumin seed
  • 1/4 tspchilli powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 cupsyogurt
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspcumin seed powder
  • to tastesalt and sugar
  • 1 tbspmeeti chutney
  • leavesfew coriander
  • as neededfew pomegranate
  • as neededsev to garnish

Steps

    Mix all the ingredients of phulki and add enough water to make a thick batter. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes...

    Heat oil in kadai...add 2 tsp batter and fry till golden brown...put the fried phulkis in water/chas for 30 seconds and take out..place thm in plates..(i personally add more water in dahi and soak phulkis...thn take out....add the same water wala dahi with thick curd)...this way no wastage...

    Mix the dahi water and salt and sugar and pour on the phulkis and garnish with sweet chutney, chaat masala, coariander, pomegranate and sev...and enjyyy jhatpat snack....
