Steps

Mix besan, baking soda and salt in a bowl

Next add some onion seeds and mix it well

Next add water slowly and mix.

Mix it and make a smooth bater.

Next cleand and wash the pumpkin flowers.

Now dip and coat the pumpkin flowers in bater.

And fry the flower in heated oil.

Fry the flower until it turns golden brown from both the sides. Next wash and clean the pumpkin leaves and repeat the process to fry it.

Next take the pumpkin leaves and repeat the process to fry it.

Deep fried the pumpkin leaves in low flame.

When it's done take it out and serve hot.
