For dhokli first grease plate with some oil then take a pan mix all the ingredients of dhokli then stir continuously and cook it in low flame until it became thick after it became thick transfer it on the greased plate and let it cool and cut it into small square pieces.

For sabji:- Take a pan add oil mustard seeds cumin seeds when it starts to crackle add hing, turmeric red chilli powder then add buttermilk after a boil add dhokli then salt to taste. U can add some besan if want thick curry.
