Take a bowl add all ingredients mix well and make a dough.

Now from dough give a heart shape.

Now heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlet untill it become golden crispy.

Now sprinkle chaat masla on cutlet and serve with tomato sauce and chutney.
