Halwa: Take a pan add ghee and grated gajar to saute it, simmer it with milk.

Now add sugar and leave it to cook till get a thick mixture.

Take a pan add vermicelli and roast it till golden brown colour.

Add milk and simmer it till the kheer become thick.

Kheer becomes thick add sugar and cook it.

Wrappers: Take a bowl add refind flour, corunflour, salt, milk, water, mix, it

In a hot pan add littel drop of oil then pour the wrappers better. Sides are coming out the transfet on thali.

Now add halwa, kheer, nuts, on wrappers, then apply flour slurry on edges and fold it.

Roll it like spring rolls.

In a hot oil deep fry the spring rolls.

Take a plate, add, desiccated coconut powder, castor sugar, cinnamon powder and mix it

Coat the spring rolls and cut it into pieces.

Garnishing with mango puree, add chopped tutti frutti and place the spring rolls on it
