Take a bread slices cut in edges and soak in a milk for half an hour.

Take a sugar and water make a thick sugar syrup.

Take a grind add soaked bread slice and grind well add milk powder and mashed potatoes grind well.

Take a grind mixture and knead your palm and make a smooth mixure.

Then make a same sizes balls and fry them.

Take a chashni add gulab jamun cook at slow heat for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes gas off and rest for 2 hours.

After 2 hours potato gulab jamun is ready to serve.
